The EDAC1 is capable of a 5 um interior corner radius and can produce surface finishes as low as 1.3µin Ra (0.25µmRz), positioning indexing accuracy, core cooled ball screw Z-axis stabilizer for continuous high speed jumping motion with ± 1 micron depth control capability. These comprehensive features make the EDAC1 an ideal machine for small electronics and micromachining applications. With EROWA high-precision chuck, the finished diameter of the bushing can reach 1.2um roundness and 1.0um concentricity.
